What do we do? We meal prep. We prepare healthy, nutrient dense meals using as much local produce and ingredients as possible. The meat and poultry we use contains no hormones or antibiotics because we shop directly from responsible Maine farms and local distributors. “Michelle and I really got into health and fitness in 2014, me losing 50lbs and keeping it off and getting into the best shape of my life. Michelle didn’t really need to lose much but wanted to get fit and eat healthy. Just this past year people have been asking what sort of “diet” do we do, and we tell them we don’t diet – we eat as clean as possible (knowing where our food comes from and what’s in it) and we really exercise (no pun intended) portion control”.

Who can benefit from meal prepping? ANYONE! You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to enjoy or benefit from it, but we do have power-lifters, body-builders, CrossFit and other athletes as our customers. We also have busy families, professionals, office workers, and blue collar workers from every walk of life ordering from us. They all agree that having a simple, fresh, nutrient-dense meal ready to eat straight from the container makes life a little bit easier for them.
